DoxaEd.Analyticx provides exam analytics software to Indian schools affiliated with CBSE, NBSE, ICSE, and recognized state boards. By using the service, your school agrees to these terms.

Data Processing Addendum

The full DPA, including our role as a data processor under DPDPA 2023, is available at /legal/dpa.

Subscription

Plans are billed annually in advance, aligned with the Indian academic year (April–March). Cancellation before renewal is free; mid-cycle cancellation is non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data for students whose parents have not given consent, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use the service to discriminate against any student on protected grounds.

Support

Standard support via email at support@analyticx.doxaed.com. Response SLA: < 24 hours on working days.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not warrant that AI predictions are accurate; they are advisory.

Governing law

Indian law applies. Jurisdiction: courts of Kohima, Nagaland.
